Banned by I have no idea who banned me.
Reason for Ban My guess:
I believe the reason why I was banned was because I made a volcano out of a 200+ block high set of trees.

Otherwise: Grief in a Creative Map. I do not know what I did wrong that got me banned, but I might have an idea as to why people believe that I griefed.
I am sick at the moment, but I will post my ban appeal anyways.
Reason to be Unbanned My guesses: If it was because of the volcano that I made, I am deeply sorry if I caused any part of the server to go haywire. But the thing is, I made that volcano in my own city. It belongs to my 2 cities. The only places where I built was Neyalex's new town, and at the border crossing between Clarita and my city, called North Arial. I had permission to build at both of those places by Claudia in Clarita, and Neyalex in his town. Otherwise, if it was lava-griefing a big tree into a volcano, it was in my territory, and I built pretty much most of the entire city, but not without the help of Neyalex. I am really deeply sorry again for converting the stack of trees in my city, in my nation, into a volcano.

Otherwise:
Whatever else that you believe I did wrong, like griefing outside of my own city, I am sorry, very very sorry. I apologize for anything that you believe that I did wrong, because I know that you guys rarely made mistakes in the past and therefore I trust in your reason to ban me.

Questions:
Besides my guesses, I do not know what else I did to get myself banned. Are you guys able to tell me what I did wrong and where I griefed, specifically? If I then know what I did wrong specifically, can I appeal again so I can give you all the details for that?

I am really deeply sorry for whatever I did and if I am unbanned maybe anyone out of you guys can show me what I did wrong, unless you do not want to. I will do anything for you guys, for I am sorry for whatever I did wrong, in terms of griefing. Can you guys tell me what I did/griefed to get me banned, if my guesses are wrong?

Thanks. Now I want to know what was the actual thing that I did wrong, whether my guess is right or wrong. I know I was banned for griefing, but I want to know what I specifically griefed.

This case was initially reported to me by [$]Jules on the 28th.

It was reported as a possible grief in an unknown player’s town, coords for the report: 4981 / 253 / 3654 .

The “volcano” here caused/causes lag to the server due to the lava falling from such a high height, not to mention is an eyesore to the surrounding area. The reason you were banned is because it was believed the structure surrounding the lava/beneath it was another player’s (along with the tree within said structure), since there were no logs on either the tree within or the structure itself.

After further investigation, it was determined lava was used from a high height with water poured on it, giving us logs with your name at the highest point of the structure.

The neighboring town doesn’t have logs available either. It was most likely built at a much earlier date, likely before Sep/Aug.

Me along with PrinceMark both conducted the investigation today, 3:15PM EST, and came to the conclusion that the lava causes lag, the structure built/caused by the lava is an eyesore, and that it is a possible grief due to it’s proximity to the neighboring vicinity with no logs available.

Another major reason for said ban was to prevent further damage to the creative map & further lag. Also, an assumption that maybe someone had logged onto your account from home and had been griefing was made.

Please respond immediately with responses to determine if any further action or an unban is possible.

Filip, that is my town.
I made all of it, but not without the help of Neyalex, like I said.
I claimed and modernized both nearby villages before August.
In fact, I also made the big tree/structure which I covered with stone.
I am very sorry for the lag. I will get rid of all the lava and water if I get unbanned.
