[size=10pt]Applewood is BACK and we’re growing rapidly! We now have a large market, and an efficient tree farm. We’re expanding, and looking for many workers who are interested in earning money. We have a wide variety of housing, from houses, to townhomes, to high-rise apartments. All homes for sale now have the “House Plugin” and all you need to do it right click the sign to buy!

If you’re looking for a job, follow the red path that starts from the warp, which will lead you to the tree farm. Our signature tree farm provides free axes and bonemeal and dirt, to help. After you gather logs, you can head to the proper chest, and left-click to sell.

That right there is the most realistic plan I have seen on PCB. I mean, other posts before show grand plans for what they intend to do, but I never see them completed. This land seems small enough that the project is likely to be finished.

[size=14pt]New Applewood mapping! Applewood is improving greatly, and plans to continue the progress making the city a better place for all. For the plank areas, I’m not sure what to put there yet.

RED - Location for new skyscrapers
ORANGE - Location of new modern houses
GREEN - Location on new parks/plazas

The homes will be modern vistas sparing no expense. They will boast exquisite city and ocean views. Expect them to be very expensive due to the land they will consume and the materials used. Prices are expected to start in the upper $800s.
