I certainly hope that if this does go into affect, that many people realize how horrible it is and act. Until that time, I doubt many even would know about it.
The legal process is often a sad, bloated thing. Even today, many laws that are legal, make no sense to anyone. I don’t really want to get into it, but I have so many stories of the legal system going wrong.
