A new map

I noticed that lately we either have a lack of event or they are simply in the wrong timezone for me and it gave me an idea although to be honest I’m not sure if this is entirely possible

The Idea is to create a new map (which will probably end up using a lot of plugins :frowning: sorry) that will involve having to explore the world. It could even be broken into smaller areas. My main idea was to make it so that you go from town to town and play a game in the town, we could also use the area to run competitions. Completing certain games could earn your certain prizes and at times you may have to join with another player to solve a puzzle.

The main reason for this is, if we are being honest there are moments when you’ve been building for a while and you want something else to do whether that’s flying around stalking people, looking for someone to ban, yelling at someone, telling someone there build is ugly or whatever it is people do.

I’m not sure whether this is the best of ideas since it may be hard to implement and prizes could affect the economy and all those ugly disgusting issues that make my brain hurt

I can tell you right now, from experience, that you won’t get a new map.

now now lets keep our heads held high. I love this idea don’t think it will pass though. I think it would boost the servers popularity up a lot.

I am not sure if I like this idea. This would make things extremely difficult to fly out and find a private place to build. I don’t think this server is meant for that. People come on here to build. Not to walk around.

Yes I understand that it is a build server but it might encourage players to play more. I mean how often “oh I’m going to play on this server for the mini game” or “I’m going to go play here because I can go and explore”

I don’t see my suggestion really effect people wanting to build. If they wanted to build they would go to survival or creative but if they just wanted to mess around and have some fun with other player they can go here.

And you can’t tell me that there has never been a time when your in a huge build and it just drives you crazy. Sometimes you just mess around, sometimes you log off because there’s nothing to mess around with or sometimes you go play another server filled with games worlds to have a break.

But I can understand that it could be an extremely hard world to make.

In my opinion, i think this does sound like a great idea, but before we go off and work on something of the sort, i think we should deal with our current priorities at hand.
