I would like to suggest adding jobs and possibly, if it can even be done, a feature that shows the average pricing of goods for shops.
I think the jobs would be cool as an alternative to simply selling items as sometimes the boxes are full to capacity I personally have found it difficult to find shops buying similar items. I think maybe a jobs board could go up and a set time limit for the job or something similar that says if the job isn’t done no money.
Also a feature for average pricing or possibly forcing the shops to go by market conditions might be cool as we can then shop for items by who actually has them. have noticed in the market a number of stores are out of stock and/or are abandoned.
I do understand that it is annoying that a lot of shops are out of stock, but that is a limitation of the plugin we use in that it doesn’t make it very easy to find in stock items. There are however some shops that always have stock. http://projectcitybuild.com/economy_stats.php?stats=shops is a good place to start.
One solution you make be interested in is making your own shop, and you keep it in stock. It would give you something to do and help others find stock.
See the problem with a jobs plugin is that it wouldn’t fit in with the whole “community” way of running the server. It would put in computer automation, which pretty much takes a big part of the point of project city build, which is working together as a community.
Well I am quite lazy so if you see me online I will probably need my large carrot farm harvested and replanted. All you’d have to do would be harvest, replant, and give me the remaining carrots, and then you’ll earn 15 dollars
