Nice Ani! Hope to see you back on the server soon! And afraid not, I’ll do that when the server updates. 
Nice, I like the contrasting colours. The brick looks a bit lonely on its own, perhaps try and integrate that a bit more rather than it just being a block on the side. Aside from that, me like.
As for designing one myself… hah. I always make it up as I go along.
I like the garage. Mow that lawn!
