Well we will still have the outdated server available until the new bukkit release…
I could set up a mini 1.4 server until bukkit comes out with 1.4 plugins and stuff

I can set up a temp or even perm vanilla server, I have 70mb/s upload most of the time and a free computer.
Currently it runs a small Tekkit server for my friends.
1.4 pre release server is up: 176.31.215.183
