Actaully there seems to be some misinformation the first Rocket Successfully launched was the Explorations I (E-1)
The First Successful manned flight was the Horizons V. 
Effective the February Bulletin, I will be transitioning to a Google Doc format. I am about to link a form in which you can submit any sort of anything to be included in the following Bulletin (submissions to this form will be for the Feb. Bulletin, the form will be reset after the February Bulletin, and be used for the March Bulletin… etc.)
This format is specifically for more aesthetic qualities, easier creation, and centralization (for my benefit).

If you want to be included, you have to post about it in the “Donated” board. Otherwise, I have no way of telling, because I’m not spec.
